Perform failure diagnostics and propose improvements to enhance equipment reliability. Manage area resources and indicators, ensuring compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality standards. All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise mechanical maintenance teams in daily routines, guiding and monitoring field activities. * Develop and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for equipment. * Ensure work orders are executed according to established deadlines and priorities. * Diagnose mechanical failures and propose effective technical solutions. * Manage and request materials, spare parts, and resources required for maintenance execution. * Monitor area performance indicators and propose improvement actions. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards during activity execution. * Participate in planning meetings, production alignment sessions, and other related departmental meetings. * Develop and train the technical team, promoting a collaborative and safe working environment. * Ensure compliance with applicable corporate policies and programs. * Enforce, ensure compliance with, and provide necessary resources to implement Operational Safety and Health and Environmental policies and procedures. * Provide technical support to the team, monitoring execution of critical services in equipment and systems maintenance, guaranteeing their availability and reliability. * Monitor the plant’s maintenance scheduling. * Conduct root cause and critical failure analysis, proposing structural actions to improve equipment reliability. * Participate in developing the master maintenance plan and scheduled shutdowns, aligned with PCM, Engineering, and Operations departments. * Serve as the technical reference for the team, disseminating knowledge and promoting continuous training. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related disciplines (preferred). * Solid experience supervising heavy industrial mechanical maintenance (mining). * Proficiency in asset management, failure analysis, maintenance planning, KPIs, and continuous improvement tools. * Knowledge of maintenance ERP systems, SAP, Excel, Power BI (preferred), and PCM tools. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and third-party contracts. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, standards, and technical specifications. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Private pension plan * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * On-site meal allowance (at operational units) * Meal voucher (at offices) * Food allowance * Transportation assistance * Quality of Life Program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended maternity and paternity leave (Citizen Company) * Club membership agreement * Eyeglasses purchase assistance for family members * Willingness to reside in **Tucumã\-PA or Ourilândia do Norte\-PA**. #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We belong to a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
