Job Summary: Responsible for operating 3DaaS services, including customer service, documentation, report preparation, project participation, meetings, and management of 3D printing technologies. Operation and maintenance of 3D printers **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide service to internal and external customers to execute 3DaaS operations * Collect data, information, and documents (technical and financial) regarding activities performed at the 3DaaS client site, in coordination with its management team, staff, clients, and other stakeholders; * Prepare technical and administrative documents, such as spreadsheets, development and production reports, expert opinions, memoranda, meeting minutes, development charts, record sheets, procedures, manuals, registration forms, templates, requisitions, etc.; * Participate in projects, committees, and working groups within the 3DaaS technical area when assigned, to drive process improvement initiatives for 3DaaS services and processes; * Attend weekly 3DaaS follow-up meetings * Record and document the communication flow and various requests related to 3DaaS operations, ensuring all stakeholders—especially coordinators—are informed about the execution stages of the 3DaaS project; * Stay up-to-date on 3D printing technologies provided by 3DCRIAR, and complete designated certification courses on UltiMaker Academy, Formlabs Partner, and other platforms as requested. Successfully complete all courses and obtain relevant certifications. * Operate and handle 3D printers; perform all preventive and corrective maintenance according to the established schedule; perform 3D modeling and slicing of customer-selected parts for production; document and monitor testing and validation of developed parts. * Gather from the client information regarding applications and projects mapped in Site Scan—including original part cost, lead time, annual consumption volume, mechanical requirements, and other requested information—and document and register such data for feasibility studies and economic calculations. * Daily implement and follow the Site Scan methodology during visits to production lines, warehouses, and while monitoring customer production equipment maintenance processes. * Document and register all validated applications and projects at the client site using the 3DCRIAR template containing all required information. * Maintain inventory control and planning of consumables necessary to ensure productivity for client demands.
