If you aspire to drive transformation and believe you can add value to challenges involving social and environmental responsibility, Engemon is the ideal place for you! **Your responsibilities will include:** * Applying concrete to structural elements such as piles, footings, tie beams, columns, beams, slabs, stairs, water tanks, and other structural components specified in a building’s structural design. * Constructing masonry using appropriate materials, ensuring alignment, plumbness, joint bonding, anchoring to the concrete structure, installation of mesh, pins, and other elements to minimize potential cracking in finishes caused by thermal expansion of various employed materials. * Applying interior and exterior wall and ceiling finishes, including scratch coat, base coat, plaster, ceramic tiles, granite, or other finishes specified in the architectural design. * Installing subfloors, fillings, and general flooring according to the finish specified in the architectural design. * Installing sills, coping stones, thresholds, baseboards, partitions, and countertops made from various materials, as specified in the architectural design. * Performing external paving works such as sidewalks, curbs, paving blocks, gutters, channels, cement-based floors, and others. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical knowledge and experience in corporate construction projects, with hands-on experience in the activities described above. **What We Expect From You:** * Effective communication to establish strong client relationships; * Teamwork to foster a friendly working environment; * Organization to manage daily tasks; * Dynamism to handle a variety of activities and challenges. **Why Work at Engemon:** Working at Engemon means joining a company with a rich history, tackling a diverse range of stimulating projects, accessing opportunities for personal development, becoming part of an organizational culture that values collaboration, health, and well-being, and contributing to projects that generate positive impacts.
