Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Engineer to work on product development projects, process optimization, and productivity improvements within an innovative company. Key Highlights: 1. We are expanding and looking for people who also want to grow with us! **What you will do here:** Participate in new product development projects, analyzing aspects such as manufacturability, investments, timelines, and production constraints; Contribute to cost-reduction initiatives by optimizing processes, human resources, energy consumption, and raw materials; Develop performance indicators related to cost-saving targets; Propose productivity improvements and rationalizations through layout development; Participate in NPI (New Product Introduction) meetings. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related fields.
