Promotion of continuous improvement, safety, and environmental compliance. **Job Description:** Detailed Responsibilities Assist in developing the preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plan and allocate the team according to the schedule, aiming to optimize services and resources to maximize equipment availability. Analyze and monitor equipment breakdowns/failures with the maintenance team, applying methods aimed at reducing the frequency and duration of corrective maintenance. Monitor maintenance KPIs and develop action plans to reduce them in accordance with pre-established targets. Supervise the team’s daily backlog and maintenance order entries in the system. Develop work instructions for complex tasks to optimize maintenance time and eliminate execution errors, always adhering to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Conduct training sessions as required and per internal procedures to qualify the team on Maintenance Department processes and activities. Implement, monitor, and encourage continuous improvement cycles across departments to enhance production processes. Maintain the area clean and organized in compliance with the 5S program standards. Ensure that the team under supervision performs activities in compliance with company policies and procedures, correctly using uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE). Participate in internal and external audits, providing information and clarifying auditors’ questions to prevent non-conformities from being issued for the area, and stay informed about necessary corrections to adopted procedures. Follow operational procedures for operational impacts, ensuring proper waste disposal and reporting environmental incidents.
