Tecal is a company specialized in the manufacturing and commercialization of electrical materials. With a wide product range, it serves both residential and industrial markets. **Responsibilities:** Carry out daily activities related to occupational safety procedures. Monitor the attendance and punctuality of all employees assigned under the contract or deployed at the project site. Report daily the actual number of personnel deployed at the project site, highlighting delays, absences, and other non-conformities. Verify daily the use of PPE by all team members according to their specific job functions. Previous experience as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Coordinator, Maintenance Manager, or Maintenance Leader may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. High school diploma required.
