Job Summary: Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machines and equipment, diagnosing and resolving mechanical problems, and ensuring operational compliance. Teamwork and focus on process optimization **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machines and equipment to ensure proper operation and minimize unplanned downtime. * Diagnose and resolve mechanical problems in equipment. * Perform adjustments and calibrations on machines to ensure compliance with operational specifications. * Execute replacement of parts and components, perform welding, alignment, and balancing as required. * Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including information on repairs, replacements, and inspections performed. * Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement improvements and optimizations in processes and equipment. * Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with company safety standards and established procedures. * Participate in training and updates on new equipment and technologies, as required. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Technical course in Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields (preferred). * Knowledge of mechanical maintenance in an industrial environment. * Familiarity with mechanical systems. * Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment and perform accurate diagnostics. * Capacity to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational sense and attention to detail. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
