




Job Summary: Manage mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance teams and processes, monitoring and evaluating performance to ensure compliance with regulations and operational optimization. Preventive and building maintenance management * Manage teams and mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance processes. * Monitor and evaluate to ensure compliance with established processes, regulations, code of ethics and conduct, and partnerships. * Develop strategies for decision-making and report to the director with collected data. * Identify potential issues and analyze inspection reports and machine, equipment, and facility downtime reports. * Specify materials, equipment, and services. Establish performance targets and indicators for machines, downtime, and hours. * Promote preventive maintenance management using preventive techniques such as vibration analysis, wear assessment, friction evaluation, and equipment lubrication condition monitoring. * Adapt machines, equipment, and facilities to company standards, meeting internal or external customer requirements. * Participate in the regularization of the company's general licenses. * Analyze user demands within the built environment (buildings, infrastructure, and equipment). * Monitor structural details related to the entire company's area. * Manage and supervise masonry work execution during renovations or modifications to building facilities. Minimum Education: Postgraduate Specialization/MBA Driver's License: B Willingness to Travel
