MAINTENANCE CONTROLLER

We are seeking a **MAINTENANCE CONTROLLER** to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on yellow-line equipment, forklifts, scrap handlers, and other machinery. Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and duties** * Open, track, and close work orders according to PCM procedures; * Support maintenance planning and monitor execution of maintenance plans for machines and equipment; * Monitor and keep area indicators and reports on idle machines/equipment up to date; * Identify parts for backlog and support requisition requests and inventory control; * Prepare and monitor cost reports related to material damage and maintenance expenses; * Support the Maintenance Supervisor in procurement of materials, labor, and administrative routines; * Conduct vehicle fleet inspections, including tire tread depth verification and measurement; * Monitor fuel and tire consumption and track performance and wear analyses; * Register and monitor component and equipment movements in internal systems; * Comply with company Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures, standards, and norms. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Advantage: undergraduate or technical degree in mechanical engineering; * Prior experience in this role and in heavy machinery operations is desirable; * Proficiency in Excel and BI tools; * Must reside in Fortaleza/CE. **Additional information** * On-site meal allowance; * Transportation voucher; * Hapvida health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Basic food basket (R$ 310.67\); * Totalpass; * Pharmacy discount program; * Life insurance; * Quarterly bonus based on goal achievement.
