Schedule and carry out electrical, hydraulic, carpentry, machinery, and equipment maintenance services—both energized and de-energized—within the cooperative’s premises, as required and per the manager’s instructions. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment, including part replacement, gear adjustment, lubrication, installation and testing of low-complexity apparatus, according to the frequency defined in the maintenance plan or as needed and per the manager’s instructions. Carry out preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, complying with current safety standards, to ensure machines, equipment, motors, panels, electrical network, data network, telephone network, devices, and installations remain in perfect working condition. Adjust and regulate elevators, as well as maintain their electrical components. Perform maintenance and repairs in production units, including welding on pipelines and elevator base components, and machine adaptations (supports, guardrails, stairs, pulley guards), as required. Perform work at height, provided the employee is duly trained and complies with safety regulations, for roof, gutter, façade and interior maintenance and restoration, building repairs and renovations, lamp replacement, among others. Use appropriate tools and equipment for each activity—including work at height—while wearing required safety accessories, in compliance with current legislation. Perform wall, floor, door, gate, and equipment painting using rollers and brushes with water-based paints.
