




Job Summary: The Maintenance Assistant must be qualified to perform simple aircraft maintenance tasks under supervision and in accordance with manufacturer manuals. Key Highlights: 1. Contributes to operational quality and safety The Maintenance Assistant must either be pursuing or have completed aeronautical training, be qualified to perform simple tasks in accordance with manufacturer manuals and guidance from more senior team members, and possess the ability to understand aircraft and/or component manuals as well as organizational concepts related to task execution. Strict compliance with applicable national and international regulations by managers and their subordinates is a critical requirement across all locations where company operations are conducted. Contribute to the development of the quality and safety program by adhering to established documentation and procedures. Perform low-complexity maintenance services in accordance with procedures defined in the Maintenance Manual; Know, apply, and act as a multiplier of regulations and instructions applicable to their activities; Perform other related duties assigned by superiors; Comply with Occupational Hygiene and Safety Standards; Interpret technical documents related to performed services; Use and maintain personal protective equipment under their responsibility; Maintain tools and equipment under their responsibility and general-use equipment in good working condition; Assist in correcting non-conformities identified during internal and external audits, preventing recurrence; Know, understand, and apply the operational safety policy; Identify and report hazards in operations.
