Job Summary: The professional will assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of radio and data equipment, support installations and technical visits, and provide customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for maintenance and installation of communication equipment 2. Conducting signal quality tests and supporting projects 3. Customer interaction and service order management · Assist the maintenance technician in preventive/corrective maintenance of repeaters, mobile radios, and data links. Perform signal quality tests according to levels specified in contractual agreements; · Support technical visits to facilitate project implementation and evaluation of installed equipment; · Support installation of data links, repeaters, mobile radios, and fixed stations; · Daily support for service orders: execute tasks, record materials used; · Assist with technical/laboratory maintenance, including replacement of small components and cleaning of portable radios; · Use ERP applications and software on computers or mobile devices, accurately entering information into the Service Order and collecting the customer’s signature; · Drive the company vehicle and undertake business trips to other municipalities and states, or travel via other ground or air transportation; · Submit expense reports for business trips; · Receive and return equipment used for installation, maintenance, or demobilization activities to/from inventory; · Provide customer service by delivering necessary information regarding the activity. · Provide support to the branch team as needed during internet-related technical visits; · Collaborate with quality processes and workflow procedures. **REQUIREMENTS** · Completed high school education. Technical course in Electronics, Electrotechnology, Electroelectronics, or related field preferred · Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Compensation: R$1\.787,30 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
