### **JOB DESCRIPTION** The intern will work at the Land Subdivision Directorate of the Londrina City Hall’s Department of Public Works, supporting activities related to project analysis, construction supervision, and urban infrastructure. This opportunity provides practical experience in urban planning and civil engineering applied to the public sector. **Responsibilities**: * Analysis and compatibility verification of subdivision projects; * Support in approving supplementary projects; * Monitoring and supervision of urban infrastructure construction works; * Assistance in subdivision approval processes and issuance of occupancy permits (habite\-se); * Analysis of stormwater drainage projects, longitudinal profiles, and public squares; * Development of road geometric design and urban drainage projects; * Preparation and revision of technical manuals and specification notebooks. **Working Hours:** * From 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM **Work Mode:** * In-person **Location:** Rua Duque de Caxias, 635 Londrina – PR ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering program; * At least in the 3rd year (5th semester) or beyond; * Familiarity with CAD software, spreadsheet applications, and word processors; * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented profile; * Interest in urban infrastructure, construction supervision, and land subdivision. ### **BENEFITS** * Internship stipend: R$ 1\.473,60 * Benefits included in the stipend ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract Type:** Internship
