




Job Summary: Lawyer responsible for managing publications and deadlines, litigation activities, legal consulting, and client service, with a focus on labor law. Key Highlights: 1. Familiarity with the PJe system and legal practice management software. * Job Responsibilities: Lawyer – Publication and Deadline Management: Daily monitoring of official publications and strict virtual calendar control to meet procedural deadlines of medium and high complexity. Litigation Activities: Technical analysis of judicial decisions and strategic preparation of appeals and procedural documents. Consulting and Client Service: Client service (in-person and virtual formats), focused on resolving labor-related inquiries and providing detailed updates on case progress. Mobility and Availability: Availability for in-person service on Mondays and Wednesdays in São Paulo (Capital), and at the Atibaia office on other days. Monday through Friday! * Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). Experience in Labor Law: Proficiency in the CLT, the Labor Reform, and up-to-date understanding of TST (Superior Labor Court) summaries. Strategic Legal Drafting: Ability to draft complex appeals (e.g., Ordinary Appeals, Appeals of Review, and Appeals of Instrument) clearly and with solid legal grounding. Labor Calculations: Basic or intermediate proficiency in labor calculations (using the PJe-Calc system), essential for analyzing claims or judicial determinations. Systems Proficiency: Experience with the PJe (Electronic Judicial Process) system and legal practice management software (for publication tracking and calendar management). (Preferred Qualifications) Postgraduate Degree: Specialization in Labor Law or Labor Procedure.
