**Freitas Opportunity!** **Commercial Leader \- Parque Manibura Store 17 (Fortaleza / CE)** **Activities and Responsibilities:** * Customer service: Ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers, focusing on product presentation and being available to answer questions or hear suggestions; * Leadership: Develop commercial operators through daily follow-up and guidance, ensuring strong performance of activities and effective delivery of results; * Pricing: Ensure that RPVAL price changes occur daily, guaranteeing that all store products are priced, regardless of where they are displayed; * Organization: Ensure daily delivery and results of restocking, organization, and pricing tasks for the departments under your responsibility; * Mezzanine stock: Ensure that mezzanine stock organization—both live stock and boxed items—is carried out according to standard specifications; * Cash registers: Operate retail and wholesale cash registers during peak traffic periods; * Reception: Provide support at reception during peak traffic periods. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience in the role; * Leadership, planning, communication skills, and ability to work in a team. **Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance (optional enrollment); * Meal allowance; * Discount on our products; * Transportation allowance; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Crescer Program (internal development); * Corporate Incentive Program.
