Then this position is for you! **About the Opportunity** We are looking for a **Resident Technician**, to be assigned to our client **Johnson \& Johnson**, in São Paulo, responsible for ensuring the full functionality of multifunction printers, with emphasis on quality, agility, and service excellence. * ️ **Main Responsibilities:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance on multifunction printers; * Direct technical support to clients (resident model); * Technical fault diagnosis and resolution; * Toner, parts, and maintenance kit replacements; * Installation, configuration, and network printer support; * Incident tracking and SLA compliance; * Completion of technical reports and basic supply inventory control. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Computer Science, Networking, Electroelectronics, or related fields; * Experience in printer maintenance (laser, inkjet, and/or thermal); * Knowledge of networking, drivers, and Windows operating systems (Linux knowledge is a plus); * Proactive, organized profile with strong interpersonal skills. **Work Location:** Avenida Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek, 2041 – 7th Floor, Block B, Vila Nova Conceição – ZIP Code 04543\-011 \-São Paulo/SP – Brazil * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from **8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** ✨ **Why Join Ricoh?** Here, we believe that **technology is created by people and for people**.
