Job Summary: Technical support for the deployment, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic networks, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction, under supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of fiber optic network installation and maintenance services. 2. Responsible for corporate, TV, and SME installations. 3. Activities involving fusion splicing machines and infrastructure inspections. Provide technical support for the deployment, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic networks, ensuring communication service quality and customer satisfaction, under the supervision of senior technicians or a coordinator. RESPONSIBILITIES Drive the company vehicle for travel between service appointments. Maintain the vehicle, tools, and equipment in proper working condition. Use the vehicle, tools, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly. Collect and verify materials required to execute the daily schedule. Use mobile phone and Service Order software to record and track activities. Perform installation and maintenance services, including: Corporate, TV, and Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) installations; System migrations; Recovery of corporate installations; Relocation of customer network addresses or points; Installations performed under exchange or courtesy arrangements; Backbone construction and maintenance; Activities involving fusion splicing machines; Infrastructure inspections for network construction or installations; Integrations at client companies.
