If you possess technical knowledge, proactivity, and seek an opportunity with differentiated scale, join our team! ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide first-level support for corporate systems, software, and applications. * Perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting, relocation, and replacement of hardware and software. * Handle ITSM tickets remotely or on-site. * Ensure compliance with SLAs and availability of telephony, IT, and infrastructure resources. * Log and monitor requests in operational technology platforms. * Track ongoing activities to completion, aiming to improve processes and prevent recurrence of failures. ### **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree in IT (completed or currently pursuing). * **Technical Skills:** Intermediate-level Microsoft Office suite. * **Networking & Telecommunications:** Knowledge of telecommunications systems and networking fundamentals. * **Profile:** Communicative, punctual, and proactive. * **Availability:** Full availability for night-shift scheduling. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in on-site technical support environments. ### **Job Details:** * **Work Model:** On-site. * **Location:** Confins \- MG. * **Schedule:** 12x36 shift, from 06:00 to 18:00\. ### **Benefits:** * Medical and dental plans. * Life insurance and meal/voucher allowance. * Transportation allowance or parking. * Discount club and discounts on Positivo products. * Access to Wellhub (gyms) and Mente Tranquila. * Elleve Performance: Discounts on universities and courses.
