Job Responsibilities: Monitor refrigeration and air conditioning systems via supervisory systems and operational controls; Track equipment operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, and operational alarms; Assist in identifying failures and initiating corrective maintenance tickets; Record operational information and incidents in control systems and reports; Support preventive and corrective maintenance tracking for equipment; Communicate with field teams for operational support and status updates; Ensure compliance with operational procedures, quality, and safety standards; Support technical documentation control and organization, as well as operational history records.
