Then this position is for you! ### **About the Opportunity** We are looking for a **Resident Technician** to be assigned to our client Johnson \& Johnson, responsible for ensuring the full functionality of multifunction printers, with an emphasis on quality, agility, and service excellence. * **️** **Main Responsibilities** * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on multifunction printers; * Providing direct technical support to the client (resident model); * Diagnosing and resolving technical failures; * Replacing toner, parts, and maintenance kits; * Installing, configuring, and supporting networked printers; * Monitoring service tickets and meeting SLAs; * Completing technical reports and basic supplies inventory control. ### **Requirements** * Technical education in Information Technology, Networking, Electroelectronics, or related fields; * Experience in printer maintenance (laser, inkjet, and/or thermal); * Knowledge of networking, drivers, and Windows operating systems (Linux knowledge is a plus); * Proactive, organized profile with strong interpersonal skills. **Position:** Resident Printer Technician **Client:** Johnson \& Johnson **Work Location:** Rodovia Presidente Dutra, S/N – KM 154 \- Jardim das Indústrias – São José dos Campos/SP \- CEP: 12240\-908 * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from **08:00 AM to 5:00 PM** ✨ **Why Join Ricoh?** At Ricoh, we believe that **technology is created by people and for people**.
