Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Cost Analyst to provide technical and operational support for cost analyses, calculation, computation, closing, and inventory account reconciliation. This position is responsible for assisting in cost calculation, computation, closing, and inventory account reconciliation routines. The role requires strong proficiency in spreadsheet applications, familiarity with accounting concepts, and autonomy in extracting, processing, and consolidating financial data. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** * Support the company’s monthly cost calculation, computation, and closing process. * Assist in consolidating and preparing cost variance analyses and monitoring reports. * Execute inventory account reconciliation routines and monitor physical and financial movements. * Extract reports and databases from the ERP system for processing and structuring analytical spreadsheets. * Provide operational and analytical support to routines executed by senior analysts in the area. * Collaborate in identifying posted discrepancies and support correction of postings and cost accounting routines. **What are the requirements?** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering. * Professional experience or prior exposure to routines in Cost or Controller areas. * Advanced Excel proficiency (analytical formulas, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and PivotTables) for handling large datasets. * Knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts. * Prior exposure to or familiarity with SAP ECC ERP system operations. * Basic understanding and familiarity with preparing results variance analyses. **What are the differentiators?** * Prior experience in inventory account reconciliation routines. * Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA system. * Intermediate or advanced Spanish language proficiency. \#LI\-TB1 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
