Position: Internal Sales Representative **Commercial Area – Vehicle Tracking and Protection** **MUST RESIDE IN MARINGÁ/PR** We are seeking a communicative, proactive, and results-oriented professional to join our commercial team. Key Responsibilities: * Sell tracking services and associated benefits; * Prospect new customers and maintain relationships with leads; * Provide customer service, clarifying questions regarding the services offered; * Enter information, observations, and sales status into the company system; * Register customers and formalize contracts; * Finalize sales by explaining contractual clauses and collecting the customer's signature; * Guide customers on app installation and usage on their mobile phones. Requirements: * Experience in sales and/or customer service; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency with computer systems and basic IT; * Organized profile with goal orientation.
