Join our team! We are looking for committed, responsible professionals with technical expertise to perform installation, maintenance, and repair activities for fiber-optic networks. The professional will be responsible for ensuring service quality, contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform installation, maintenance, and repair activities for fiber-optic networks; * Operate the company vehicle for travel between service appointments; * Maintain the vehicle, tools, and equipment used in operations; * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures; * Retrieve, verify, and organize materials required for daily tasks; * Use the corporate mobile phone and Service Order system to record and track activities; * Carry out corporate, TV, and Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) solutions installations; * Execute system migrations and installation recoveries; * Perform customer address changes and network point relocations; * Participate in backbone construction and maintenance; * Operate fusion splicers for fiber-optic splicing; * Conduct technical infrastructure inspections for network construction and installations; * Participate in integrations and projects at client companies. **What We Seek** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience installing fiber-optic networks; * Knowledge of telecommunications network maintenance and deployment; * Valid driver's license; * Availability for fieldwork; * Organization, responsibility, and commitment to service quality; * Ability to work effectively in teams and follow operational procedures. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with fiber-optic splicing; * Knowledge of backbone construction and maintenance; * Experience with corporate installations and business client support; * Experience in the telecommunications sector. **Why Work With Us?** We offer an environment of continuous learning, professional development, and the opportunity to work on challenging projects in the telecommunications field.
