**Responsibilities:** \- Installation of fiber optic internet (residential and commercial) \- Cable routing and ONU/router configuration \- Signal testing and connection validation at the customer’s site \- On-site technical support with a quality focus \- Completion of installation reports and submission of service photos \- Physical fitness for working at heights and lifting loads (ladders and equipment). **Requirements:** \- Experience in fiber optic installations \- Brazilian driver’s license, category B (mandatory) \- Proficiency in using mobile applications and GPS \- Basic knowledge of networks and router configuration \- Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Experience with FTTH networks \- NR10/NR35 certification \- Proactive, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team **Position Details** \- Schedule: Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM \| Saturdays on alternating basis, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM \- Starting Salary: BRL 2,100.00 \+ 30% hazard pay \- Meal allowance: BRL 30.00/day Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: BRL 2,000.00 \- BRL 3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Internet allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Company-provided vehicle Work location: On-site
