Job Summary: Professional responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of internet and network services, including on-site technical customer support. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with optical fiber Responsibilities: Installing internet services for residential and business customers; Cable and optical fiber laying, routing, and organization; Configuring routers, ONUs, and other network equipment; Conducting connectivity tests and validating service quality; Performing corrective and preventive maintenance as needed; Providing on-site technical customer support with a professional demeanor; Completing service orders and documenting performed activities; Basic or intermediate knowledge of networks and the internet; Requirements: Completed high school education; Ability to quickly learn technical processes and standards; Strong communication skills and courtesy in customer interactions; Capability to work in the field and resolve technical issues; Experience with optical fiber; Courses in telecommunications or networking; **Driver's License:** Category B (mandatory) **Benefits:** Food basket and life insurance **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.200,00 - R$2.800,00 per month Work Location: On-site
