Ensure clear communication with customers We are seeking an Installation Technician to work at a company specializing in solar water heating solutions, located in Curitiba/PR. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct data collection and diagnostics (gas pressure, water pressure, valve status – open/closed), accounting for approximately 80% of the activity. * Perform collector cleaning and removal procedures. * Carry out copper welding when required. * Strictly follow activity checklists. * Ensure clear and appropriate communication with customers during interventions. * Support other job-related activities as needed. **Requirements:** * Basic technical knowledge in electricity. * Familiarity with copper welding. * Ability to interpret and follow maintenance/inspection checklists. * Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 2,000.00 + 30% hazard pay. * Life insurance * Company vehicle * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance: BRL 430/month * Food allowance: BRL 500.00/month. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:50 PM (with flexible scheduling) Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Driver's License: Category B
