We seek a professional with **practical experience as a Telecom Installation Technician**. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the field team of installation technicians, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements. * Support and develop the team, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented environment. * Monitor productivity and quality indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. * Plan and organize operational activities, optimizing processes and resources. * Collaborate with other departments to align solutions and meet customer demands. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and industry regulations. **Requirements** * **Prior experience as a Telecommunications Installation Technician (mandatory).** * Leadership experience will be considered a **plus**. * Knowledge of installation, maintenance, and operation processes in telecommunications. * Team management, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions. * Technical or higher education in related fields is a plus. * Must reside in Rio Claro.
