Maintenance management and planning Opportunity for Industrial Maintenance Supervisor We are looking for a professional with experience in maintenance to lead a team in an industrial environment. What we seek: * Experience in industrial maintenance * Experience in team management or supervision * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance * Familiarity with Maintenance Planning and Control (MPC) * Basic knowledge of industrial mechanics and electricity * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Knowledge of maintenance KPIs * Familiarity with safety regulations (NR10 and NR12 are preferred) * Ability to read technical drawings Behavioral competencies: * Leadership * Organization * Proactivity * Assertive communication * Analytical ability * Problem solving * Results orientation * Teamwork Main responsibilities: * Supervise maintenance team activities * Assign and monitor work orders * Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance * Monitor the operation of industrial equipment * Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes * Maintain and control technical records and reports * Support maintenance cost management * Monitor third-party service providers * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations * Collaborate with production to prevent operational impacts * Participate in operational meetings when required If you possess leadership qualities, analytical vision, and experience in maintenance, this opportunity may be right for you.
