Job Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor plans, coordinates, and supervises preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, ensuring equipment availability and leading teams. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and develop the maintenance team 2. Ensure the availability of production equipment 3. Analyze failures and propose solutions to improve reliability Responsibilities: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for machines, equipment, and facilities; * Ensure production equipment availability, reducing unplanned downtime; * Monitor maintenance performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, maintenance costs, availability, etc.); * Develop and implement maintenance plans aligned with company strategies; * Lead the maintenance team, promoting training, technical development, and best work practices; * Collaborate with Production to identify improvement opportunities in processes, tools, and fixtures; * Analyze failures, propose technical solutions, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve reliability; * Evaluate and recommend investments in new technologies, equipment, maintenance software, and resources; * Oversee service providers and ensure quality in the execution of outsourced contracts.
