Job Objective Ensure the accurate execution and control of HR Payroll Department routines, guaranteeing compliance with labor and social security legislation, and serving as the focal point for interfacing with the third-party office responsible for payroll processing and labor obligations. The professional will be responsible for the **organization, consolidation, and verification of the company's labor-related information**, supporting administrative management of employees and contributing to the efficiency of HR processes. Key Responsibilities * Prepare, consolidate, and validate payroll information for submission to the third-party office responsible for payroll processing. * **Verify** the payroll processed by the third-party office, ensuring correct application of earnings, deductions, and labor charges. * Manage routines related to **hiring, termination, and vacation**, ensuring documentary compliance and adherence to legal deadlines. * Verify calculations for **contract terminations** prepared by the third-party office. * Control and administer the **electronic timekeeping system and time bank**, ensuring alignment with internal policies and labor legislation. * Manage benefits offered to employees, such as **transportation vouchers, meal/food vouchers, health insurance, and others**. * Monitor **social security leaves, medical certificates, and interactions with the National Institute of Social Security (INSS)**, when necessary. * Track submissions and verification of labor obligations, including **eSocial, FGTS, INSS, and other labor charges**. * Verify labor tax forms sent by the third-party office and ensure their timely receipt for payment scheduling. * Assist employees in clarifying questions related to payroll, benefits, vacations, and other labor routines. * Organize and maintain up-to-date **labor documentation and employee files**. * Support internal or external audits, ensuring **labor compliance**. * Support leadership in developing and monitoring **HR metrics**, such as turnover, absenteeism, overtime, and time bank. Requirements Education * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related fields. Experience * Minimum of **2 to 3 years of experience in HR Payroll Department routines**. Technical Knowledge * Labor legislation (Consolidation of Labor Laws - CLT). * Payroll and labor charge routines. * eSocial and labor obligations. * Electronic timekeeping control and time bank management. * Benefits administration. * Advanced Excel. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in **retail companies or organizations with a large number of employees**. * Experience in environments with **high volumes of hiring and terminations**. * Experience in companies using **third-party payroll processing**.
