




Job Summary: The professional will handle HR department routines, including timekeeping control, payroll support, benefits administration, and employee assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Location: Água Verde \- Curitiba/PR Salary Range: R$2\.370,00 Benefits: Transportation Voucher (VT) \+ Meal Allowance (VA) (R$31.00/day) Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM \- Hybrid. Responsibilities: * Timekeeping control, verification, and closing of electronic time records; * Daily operation of the Secullum timekeeping system; * Payroll support and data entry in the Domínio system; * Designing, administering, and managing employee benefits (e.g., VT, VR/VA, health insurance, etc.); * Assisting employees with HR-related inquiries; * Supporting hiring and termination processes; * Organizing and maintaining labor documentation; * Handling high-volume HR department routines. Requirements: * Recent experience with the Secullum timekeeping system; * Experience with the Domínio payroll system; * Practical experience designing and managing high-volume employee benefits; * Prior experience in HR department routines; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies; * Knowledge of eSocial; * Ability to manage deadlines and concurrent tasks. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
