Room cleaning standards and hygiene knowledge Bourbon Hospitalidade, one of the leading companies in the hotel market, is seeking a Housekeeper for Bourbon Resort Atibaia, located in Atibaia \- SP. This professional will be responsible for performing room cleaning and maintenance activities across all accommodations of the Unit. They perform their duties in accordance with established quality standards, complying with internal and external regulations, procedures, as well as general policies and human resources policies of Bourbon Hospitalidade RESPONSIBILITIES: * Clean apartments according to each unit's needs. * Restock minibar items consumed by guests. * Collect and count linens to send them to the laundry for soiled clothing. * Maintain appropriate conduct with colleagues and guests. * Clean staircases, elevator tracks, and elevator doors. * Perform general cleaning tasks, such as: bathrooms, beds, windows, floors, carpets. * Respond to requests for cafeteria cleaning. * Set up extra beds and cribs. * Deliver baby bathtubs. * Vacuum rooms. * Sweep and wash balconies. * Deliver towels, pillows, blankets, etc. * Make beds. * Keep beds orderly. * Remove sheets and pillowcases. * Clean room baseboards. * Report maintenance repairs to supervisors. * Perform other related duties.
