Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing mechanical diagnostics, managing tools, using control systems, monitoring targets, and completing reports to ensure operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Performs mechanical diagnostics and learning courses 2. Keeps tools organized and uses management systems 3. Monitors productivity targets and completes reports · Perform mechanical diagnostics. · Complete all courses specified in the JDU (DS) learning path. · Keep the tool box clean, organized, and fully equipped. · Use the SIMOVA system correctly; · Know and monitor weekly productivity targets and metrics; · Properly open and track DTACs; · Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and ready for use; · Immediately report to the base any loss of efficiency or additional services requested by the customer; · Complete reports and service orders (OS).
