Valmet Flow Control in Sorocaba has this opportunity for you! **Your main tasks and responsibilities include:** * Perform repair, assembly, and disassembly of mechanical equipment, devices, and installations in general; verify and test functionality using manual, electric, and pneumatic tools to ensure operational efficiency, quality, reliability, and safety. * Carry out installation and assembly of mechanical assemblies on equipment, adjusting and testing their operation. * Operate lifting equipment (overhead cranes, internal transport and/or fixed hoists), handling and removal of parts, components, and structures. * Supervise and/or perform fabrication of parts and components for maintenance purposes. * Use tools typical for the job function. * Perform cleaning and blasting of parts. * Maintain equipment, tools, measuring instruments, service quality, workplace organization, and cleanliness. * Perform maintenance-level painting on valves, actuators, positioners, and their peripherals. * Keep the workplace organized, ensuring cleanliness, preservation, and maintenance of equipment, tools, measuring instruments, and materials to guarantee service quality. * Prepare maintenance reports for all maintained equipment, both for internal and external service requests. * Conduct tests to ensure product compliance with technical specifications. * Maintain records of compliance and release authorizations. * Approve release after satisfactory verification. **To succeed in this position, it is important to have:** * Completed elementary education. * Professional training in the relevant field is desirable. * Prior experience in operational and/or production activities. * Initiative, proactivity, organizational and planning skills, energy for work, teamwork ability, and interpersonal communication skills are key attributes for this position. **What We Offer** We offer a dynamic work environment that values innovation and suits individuals with a development mindset who enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
