Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for monitoring security conditions, controlling access, and safeguarding the condominium's property, preventing incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Security monitoring and incident prevention 2. Access control for people and vehicles 3. Protection of property and facilities * Daily observation of security conditions within the condominium premises by viewing environments via video monitors to prevent or detect thefts, dangerous situations, and other incidents, taking appropriate action; * Controls the movement of vehicles and people at the company's gate, receiving, screening the purpose of their visit, and directing them to the respective recipients; * Conducts patrols in the company's external areas to protect its property, paying attention to unfamiliar individuals, damage to facilities, unsafe conditions, open doors, and other factors that may threaten the physical integrity of the condominium and its employees; * Turns on and off lighting equipment or systems at the start of the shift or in case of any oversight, and monitors the opening and closing of facilities by authorized personnel, ensuring security conditions; * Monitors personnel access to the finished goods warehouse as well as loading and unloading of merchandise performed by third parties or internal staff to prevent thefts or other irregularities; * Records all shift-related information in the department's logbook and the Periodical; Performs other tasks related to the position, as directed by the supervisor.
