If you are a committed professional with attention to detail and seek growth within a solid and respected company in the industry, this may be the ideal opportunity for your career! **Essential Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Metallurgical, or related fields); * Proven experience in industry/metallurgy, with strong operational exposure; * Proficiency in Production Control and Planning (PCP), production control, and industrial performance indicators; * Practical knowledge of metallurgical processes; * Familiarity with occupational safety regulations (NRs); * Hands-on, proactive profile with leadership focus and factory-floor engagement; * High sense of responsibility and ownership mindset. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor production on-site, managing production organization, work order sequencing, and prioritization; * Oversee machine setup, production flows, and process cycle times. * Identify bottlenecks, technical failures, rework, and waste; * Provide technical support to operators and team leaders when required; * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards; * Immediately intervene in cases of production, deadline, or quality deviations; * Plan and manage overall industrial operations; * Lead operational teams, team leaders, and supervisors; * Define clear production, quality, cost, and safety targets, monitoring key indicators (productivity, efficiency, losses, rework); * Control industrial costs and propose efficiency improvements; * Standardize operational routines and best industrial practices, driving process improvement; * Develop team leaders and operators (on-the-job training). **ABOUT THE POSITION:** **Salary**: Between R$10.000,00 and R$15.000,00 (PJ) **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 **Employment Type**: On-site **Location**: Chácara Santo Antônio (South Zone) Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
