Parts Manager

**IRMEN**, the world's largest Sany machinery dealership and a market leader, is seeking a **Parts Manager** to work in the states of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. **Job Mission**: Act as the primary strategist responsible for ensuring the availability, sales, and inventory management of the organization’s parts. Your main focus is to maintain healthy inventory levels, manage import operations, and maximize after-sales profitability while ensuring agile customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Inventory and Procurement Management:** Control physical and system-based inventory, define minimum and maximum stock levels, manage fast-moving and obsolete parts, and conduct procurement from suppliers. Conduct international negotiations with strategic suppliers. * **Sales and Performance:** Develop commercial strategies to increase parts sales, achieve revenue and profit margin targets, and monitor after-sales KPIs. * **Customer Service:** Ensure excellence in service to internal (workshop/field) and external customers by expediting quotations and deliveries. * **Logistics and Reverse Logistics:** Manage parts receiving, storage, and dispatch, as well as oversee returns and warranty processes. * **Team Management:** Lead, train, and motivate parts sales representatives and warehouse staff, with emphasis on technical training regarding machine components. * **Technical Interface:** Support the technical services team (workshop) in identifying and procuring critical parts for preventive and corrective maintenance. * **Technical and Consultative Sales:** Prepare commercial parts proposals, track performance indicators (KPIs), and present departmental performance reports. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree; postgraduate degree preferred; * Experience: Proven commercial background in parts for Heavy Equipment; * Technical Knowledge: Commercial expertise, import operations, strategic inventory management; familiarity with yellow-line equipment and heavy vehicles (trucks) is preferred. * Mobility: Full availability for frequent travel and valid driver’s license. * Skills: Consultative profile, proficiency in ROI (Return on Investment) calculations. * Import experience preferred. * English language proficiency preferred. **Compensation and Benefits** * Fixed salary * **Commission** based on results * Corporate benefits * **Company-provided vehicle** **Why Join IRMEN?** * Work within a solid, growing group; * Direct involvement in major projects and public-sector clients; * Professional environment emphasizing autonomy and results orientation. **Applications:** Submit your resume via Indeed or email **rh.sp@irmen.com.br** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$1,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Company mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Company vehicle Selection Question(s): * Are you available for frequent travel and external work? * Do you have proven experience?
