Detailed cleaning of various areas within condominiums **JOB – GENERAL SERVICES ASSISTANT | BRUSQUE – SC (TECHNICAL RESERVE)** **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Salary:** R$ 1.752,85 + 20% hazard pay **Benefits:** Meal allowance + Food voucher + Transportation allowance **Job Type:** Technical reserve (vacation coverage) **Responsibilities:** * Cleaning and maintenance of condominiums * Cleaning of floors, glass, mirrors, elevators, and lobbies * Washing of external area floors * Bathroom cleaning * Waste removal and disposal * Operation of high-pressure washers * Operation of floor scrubbers ✅ **Requirements:** * Proven experience in condominium cleaning * Knowledge of high-pressure washers and floor scrubbers * Attention to detail * Organization and responsibility Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level)
