Implement preventive measures for a secure environment We are seeking a Gate Inspector to join our team at GRUPO WISDOM. This is a critical role in ensuring security and order across our facilities. The Gate Inspector will be responsible for supervising and managing daily gatehouse activities, safeguarding the physical integrity and security of spaces and people. You will be responsible for receiving and directing visitors, controlling building access, and ensuring strict compliance with all security procedures. Additionally, you must maintain accurate records of all entries and exits, as well as manage access authorizations for employees and visitors. Your attention to detail and communication skills are essential for this position. You must remain constantly vigilant and ready to identify and report any suspicious or irregular activity. Your responsibilities also include coordinating with other security teams and implementing preventive measures to ensure a safe and tranquil environment. Prior experience in gatehouse management or similar roles is highly valued. Knowledge of security procedures and relevant legislation is essential. The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently, in addition to possessing excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
