This professional performs residential fiber optic installations with attention to detail, respect for the customer, and commitment to delivering a service that makes a difference in people's daily lives. They are responsible for installing, configuring, and testing the equipment and applications required for full functionality of Zapi Internet, ensuring the customer understands basic usage of features and enjoys a positive experience from the first access. * Perform fiber optic installations in residences and small businesses, following Zapi Internet's established technical, safety, and quality standards. * Conduct quality and performance tests on the connection, ensuring delivery of a stable and reliable service. * Configure routers, ONTs, and control and monitoring applications, guaranteeing functionality and usability for the customer. * Guide the customer on correct usage of equipment and applications, as well as best practices for internet navigation, promoting a positive internet experience. * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and integrity of the work environment, demonstrating respect for the customer's property and care for Zapi's image. * Accurately record installations, maintenance activities, and service interactions in the system, keeping information updated and reliable for technical control and support. * Follow internal procedures and safety protocols, acting responsibly, efficiently, and courteously. * Represent Zapi Internet's values in customer interactions, always prioritizing service excellence and end-user satisfaction. * Configure and manage Wi-Fi and wired networks, perform signal and connection tests and optimizations. * Possess thorough understanding of TCP/IP, radiofrequency spectrum analysis, and ability to interpret and act upon network speed, capacity, and performance parameters. * Update router firmware to ensure equipment security and functionality. * Comply with safety regulations, especially NR 16656, during fieldwork and technical maintenance.
