Job Summary: A fiscal professional responsible for tax calculation, fiscal invoice bookkeeping, and fulfillment of ancillary tax obligations, with emphasis on analysis and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Handling federal, state, and municipal tax calculation and control. 2. Tax classification and recording, bookkeeping, and issuance of fiscal invoices. 3. Experience with ancillary tax obligations and analysis of fiscal documents. **Prior experience in the fiscal area** **• Knowledge of tax legislation** **• Proficiency in fiscal management systems** **• Analytical ability and attention to detail** **• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation** **Responsibilities:** Calculate federal, state, and municipal taxes, withholding taxes at source, tax substitution, and manage XML files; perform tax classification and recording; record fiscal invoices: Purchases, Sales, Services Provided, and Services Received by client companies; \- Issue fiscal ledgers; issue electronic outgoing fiscal invoices;\- Revenue reporting; \- Issue ISS (Service Tax) payment slips for services provided and received; \- Issue GARE ICMS (ICMS Tax Payment Slip) for differential tax rates / Interstate Tax Substitution; \- Submit DeSTDA (Electronic Declaration of Tax Substitution and Rate Definition), EFD Contributions, EFD ICMS IPI, DCTF, DIMED, DIMOB, and other ancillary obligations relevant to the role; analyze fiscal documents; validate and record fiscal invoices; Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
