Then come on in!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute **Accounts Payable** routines, including receipt, verification, posting, and payment clearing in the SAP system. * Perform financial control of **suppliers (resale and consignment)**, ensuring accuracy of records and adherence to payment deadlines. * Develop and update **control spreadsheets** for amounts, due dates, and payment flows—ensuring visibility and organization of financial obligations. * Manage **accountability for advances** and **corporate credit cards**, controlling and processing employee reimbursements. * Support the finance team in data analysis and **consolidation**, transforming information into management reports to support decision-making. * Contribute to the **review and continuous improvement of departmental processes**, identifying opportunities to reduce costs, optimize resources, and increase operational efficiency. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and **accounting and tax regulations** related to payments and suppliers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing **bachelor’s degree** in **Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting**, or related fields. * Prior **experience in Accounts Payable**, with mastery of posting, clearing, and financial control routines. * Proficiency in **Excel** (developing spreadsheets, formulas, and calculations related to interest, deadlines, and cash flow). * Basic knowledge of **accounting principles**, with hands-on experience in account analysis and reconciliation. * Ability to **present forecasts, diagnostics, and results**, contributing reports to support decision-making. * **Desirable**: Experience developing expense and revenue forecasting models. * Advantage: Experience with **integrated management systems (ERP), preferably SAP**. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance & food allowance * Transportation voucher * Profit Sharing Program * Product discount * Life insurance * WellHub partnership — gym network * ZenClub partnership — psychological health support **What else will you find here?** * Birthday day off * Remote work (hybrid work model) * Remote work allowance **So, are you ready to join us?
