Job Summary: Professional to perform splicing, fusion, and testing of optical fiber/HFC, ensuring service integrity in aerial network and TX environments. Key Highlights: 1. Working with optical fiber in aerial networks 2. Performing tests and diagnostics in TX environments 3. Installation and maintenance of optical fiber (BBN and FTTX/HFC) Responsibilities: * Perform splicing and fusion on passive elements and conduct optical fiber/HFC testing to ensure integrity of executed services. Understand processes across all aerial network environments. * Conduct tests to ensure integrity of executed services, with full proficiency in interpreting project documentation and using measurement equipment such as OTDR, power meter, among others, for diagnosis and monitoring in TX environments. * Carry out installation and maintenance of optical fiber in aerial networks (fusion-spliced and connectorized), under BBN and FTTX/HFC topologies.
