Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for ensuring the availability of fiber-optic services, from installation and maintenance to the customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. On our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of services contracted by customers through the installation and maintenance of fiber-optic networks—from the CTOs to the customer’s residence. Your role will be essential in delivering the best service experience and reinforcing the company’s position as Brazil’s reference ISP in quality, value, experience, and digitalization. **Your main responsibilities will include:** Preparing materials and equipment required for services; Organizing the work environment and transporting tools and cables; Laying optical cables and connecting devices; Performing preliminary tests and identifying potential issues; Assisting with internal network configuration; Recording activities and materials used; Communicating\-clearly with team members and customers to ensure alignment and safety. **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed high school education **Desirable Requirements (Preferred):** Technical or vocational training in Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology, or related fields; Required certifications: NR 10, NR 33, and NR 35; Experience in activities involving risk/hazard exposure (30%). **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Medical and dental assistance * Life insurance * TotalPass (access to a wellness and exclusive benefits platform) * Free internal courses with certification * Partnerships with educational institutions * Exclusive discount on the COMM website * Birthday day off **Work Schedule and Hours:** Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday) and alternate Saturdays (same hours) on a 6x1 rotating schedule
