Description

1\. Adjust machine settings and feeding to ensure the produced film complies with the production sheet specifications 2\. Accurately complete the production sheet with date, estimated weight, quantity, generated trimmings, and other relevant information 3\. Operate the machine to inflate the bubble and perform necessary adjustments to produce films meeting the requested technical specifications 4\. Identify and resolve production-related issues; perform appropriate adjustments to produce high-complexity materials such as: technical films, films with Slitter, films with Slitter and surface treatment, shrink films, paper-lamination films, double-layer films, and accordion-folded films wider than 125 m, according to requirements specified in the production sheet. May operate: both lanes, with Slitter, and with surface treatment 5\. Clean the pump filters, gravimetric hopper filters, and dehumidifier 6\. Identify appropriate screens and temperatures for each resin type and film thickness to be produced 7\. Train other operators to produce films of all difficulty levels 8\. Operate the agglomerator 9\.
