**Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct daily sales of products and services using sales prospecting techniques; * Approach customers in neighborhoods, avenues, condominiums, pedestrian streets, and other locations; * Provide daily post\-sale support, offering assistance and guidance to customers. * Periodically and/or as needed, promote products and services through digital posts, fairs, and workshops to enhance brand visibility and present portfolios; * Provide customers daily with accurate and reliable information regarding product features, pricing, and services; * Ensure standardized customer service, preserving brand identity and maximizing sales opportunities. \* **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, you must have:** * Completed high school education; * Digital skills: proficiency with computers, smartphones, tablets, and other digital devices; * Microsoft Office Suite: basic level; * Prior experience in retail or telecommunications sales. **Desirable qualifications include:** * Knowledge of sales prospecting techniques; * Microsoft Office Suite: Excel at intermediate level.
