Job Summary: We are seeking a Nursing Consultant to work in the medical devices industry, acting as a healthcare transformation agent and strengthening the healthcare network. Key Highlights: 1. Here, you will not merely be part of the process — **you will be a healthcare transformation agent.** You will serve as the bridge between technology, knowledge, and human care, working directly with SUS and private-sector patients while technically strengthening the regional healthcare network. **Key Responsibilities:** * Providing clinical care to patients with stomas and skin injuries * Conducting home visits, focusing on individualized care * Providing technical development for the nursing teams within the healthcare network * Distributing product samples for testing and providing technical-scientific support * Building and strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions * Throughout your journey, you will receive training and development to become an expert in stomas and skin injuries, with continuous access to knowledge, training, and professional growth. **We are looking for someone who:** * Holds a completed Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; * Has over 3 years of experience in clinical care; * Holds a Category B driver’s license; * Is available for frequent travel and overnight stays outside the city approximately twice per week; * Is organized and autonomous in managing daily tasks; * Acts with passion for service, placing patient well-being at the center of all decisions; * Has ambition for professional growth and a desire to build a career in the healthcare industry; * Postgraduate studies or specialization in Enterostomal Therapy will be considered a significant advantage. **What we offer:** * Competitive fixed salary above market average; * Performance-based variable compensation, including monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses; * Full field-work infrastructure (company car, laptop, mobile phone); * Continuous technical development; * The opportunity to build a stable career in a company that impacts lives every day.
