Job Summary: Responsible for performing maintenance, replacing parts, and supervising elevator services to ensure quality and proper operation. Key Highlights: 1. Controls tool usage and ensures service quality **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 18:00 * Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 * Overtime possible **Benefits:** * Food basket * Meal allowance: R$ 41.50 per day * Transportation allowance **Job Responsibilities:** * Change into uniform and collect PPE at the start of the workday; * Receive instructions and service schedules; * Travel to client sites using company vehicles; * Provide courteous and professional customer service; * Lubricate elevator drive components; * Replace parts and provide on-site technical assistance; * Conduct analysis and support budget preparation; * Assemble parts and organize materials in inventory; * Review completed services to ensure quality; * Test mechanical and rolling components of elevators; * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance (low complexity); * Control and ensure proper use of tools and equipment; * Purchase necessary parts for repairs; * Clean, wash, and identify parts undergoing maintenance; * Monitor and supervise services, managing delivery deadlines; * Inspect company vehicles to ensure they are in good condition; * Ensure service quality.
