**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT labor code * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on elevators, ensuring proper equipment operation. * Conduct periodic inspections to identify faults and repair needs. * Install new elevator systems according to technical specifications. * Carry out operational tests after maintenance to ensure elevator safety and efficiency. * Prepare maintenance reports and activity logs, documenting all interventions performed. * Collaborate with the engineering team to improve and innovate elevator systems. * Respond to emergency calls and provide technical support to customers, resolving issues promptly. * Stay updated on elevator industry safety standards and regulations. * Participate in training and capacity-building programs to enhance technical knowledge and practical skills. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Knowledge of elevator and escalator systems. * Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics. * Capacity for technical diagnosis and problem resolution. * Availability to work different shifts and rotating schedules. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in elevator maintenance. * Leadership profile (Resident Technician). * Familiarity with occupational safety standards. * Proactivity and willingness to learn new technologies. **Benefits:** Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Internal benefits, Corporate mobile phone, Details provided during interview, Life insurance, Meal allowance, Food voucher, Transportation allowance
