Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical systems to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient equipment operation. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and fault diagnosis **Job Objective** Perform maintenance services on the electromechanical systems of Shopping D, including pumps, motors, compressors, escalators, and elevators, ensuring continuous, safe, and efficient equipment operation in accordance with technical standards and Argoplan’s contractual SLAs. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment, including electric motors, hydraulic pumps, compressors, escalators, and elevators (where applicable); * Inspect, align, lubricate, and replace mechanical and electrical components of equipment; * Operate and maintain water pressurization, drainage, and pumping systems; * Diagnose faults in electromechanical equipment using appropriate instrumentation; * Support installation and commissioning of new equipment; * Perform tasks in compliance with NR-10, NR-12, and other applicable regulations; * Record and document interventions, replaced parts, and equipment status in work orders; * Report hazardous situations or equipment replacement needs to the supervisor; * Collaborate with electrical and refrigeration teams as required. ✅ **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Technical course in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields; * NR-10 and NR-12 certifications (mandatory); * Experience in building or industrial electromechanical maintenance; * Knowledge of electric motors, frequency inverters, PLCs, and pumping systems; * Ability to read technical manuals and electromechanical schematics. ⭐ **Behavioral Competencies** * Multidisciplinary technical knowledge (electrical and mechanical); * Ability to diagnose and resolve faults; * Attention to safety regulations; * Technical organization and documentation; * Cooperation and teamwork.
